RN Express Registry, LLC is the inaugural platform investment of VeraNorth Healthcare Private Equity Fund, L.P. — a control-oriented acquisition reflecting our conviction in the long-term value of essential healthcare services. Headquartered in New York, RN Express is a Joint Commission-certified clinical staffing firm with a 15+ year operating history serving many of Manhattan’s most prominent hospitals and regional health systems. The company specializes in the placement of registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) across acute and post-acute care settings.

VeraNorth acquired RN Express in 2025 to anchor a broader roll-up strategy targeting healthcare staffing, urgent care, hospice, and pharmacy services. With positive cash flow from Day 1, high contract renewal rates, and a defensible market position, RN Express provides a scalable platform for operational improvements, bolt-on acquisitions, and margin expansion through centralized compliance and back-office infrastructure. This acquisition exemplifies VeraNorth’s thesis: partner with founder-led businesses, enhance enterprise value through hands-on operational alignment, and build resilient healthcare platforms positioned for enduring impact.
